Anti-alpha(v) mAb TP36.1 and Hybridoma Cell Line

Description

Integrins are receptors that play several important roles in the cell such as meditating cell attachment, cell signaling, cellular shape, motility, and the cell cycle. There are many different types of integrins and most cells have multiple types on their cell surface. Integrins are heterodimers composed of two different chains, called the α (alpha) and β (beta) subunits. Monoclonal antibody TP36.1 recognizes human Integrin alpha-5 (aliases include: αV, CD49e, VLA-5).
