Anti-ICAM-1 mAb CL203.4 and Hybridoma Cell Line

Description

Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1 or CD 54) is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed on endothelia cells and leukocytes. ICAM-1 is a ligand for LFA-1 and is also used by the Rhinovirus as a receptor. ICAM-1 is involved in stabilizing cell interactions and facilitating leukocyte endothelial transmigration. Monoclonal antibody CL203.4 recognizes ICAM-1.
