Isolation and Purification of Soluble Receptor for Advanced Glycation End-Products (sRAGE) from Lung Tissue and Polyclonal Antibodies

Description

Investigators have developed a method for obtaining highly pure, endotoxin free sRAGE from both bovine and murine lung tissue. The investigators have scaled this purification up even further to obtain 20 mg from 500 g of bovine lung tissue.
