Novel Diagnostic Data from Spatial-Domain Low-Coherence Quantitative Phase Microscopy

This invention comprises a unique dataset generated by first-generation spatial-domain low-coherence quantitative phase microscopy (SL-QPM). This data provides critical insights for distinguishing between disease states in ulcerative colitis and breast cancer patients.

Description

The core of this invention is a collection of unpublished original data acquired using spatial-domain low-coherence quantitative phase microscopy (SL-QPM). This data includes spectroscopic intensity cubes, I(x,y, lambda), where 'x' and 'y' represent spatial image pixel locations and 'lambda' represents wavelength. Specifically, the dataset contains information for 149 ulcerative colitis (UC) patients (128 low-risk and 21 high-risk) and 80 breast cancer patients (40 progressors and 40 non-progressors). Additionally, spreadsheets summarizing the SL-QPM data for these patient cohorts are included.
