Phamerator

Description

Phamerator is a collection of computer programs that is used for comparing the genomes of sequenced bacteriophage genomes. One can use Phamerator to view the relationships between bacteriophage genes, and to see how related genes are distributed throughout the genomes of the bacteriophages. This makes it a useful tool for those who are interested in the evolutionary mechanisms that have given rise to particular genome organizations in the bacteriophages.
